Telepathy & Music Voodoo - Elves can read minds. Maglor is actually... not terribly good at reading. But he can recieve, and he can project when he sings.
1: If you want him to pick up any surface thoughts, you can let me know, but by and large, he's never ever going to use that ability, because lol things he's bad at. Feel free to project at him all you like.
2: He does project when he sings, enough to do things like make you see what he's singing if you don't know the words & affect emotions. Can he do this, how much can he get away with? If you don't want him to do so, let me know.

Maglor has a long and nasty history involving things including and not limited to: accidental uxoricide, accidental fratricide, attempted genocide, mass murder, arson, kidnapping, soul destroying Oaths, jewelry fixations, depression, post traumatic stress disorder, probably psychosis with hallucinations.... IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO AVOID THESE THINGS PLEASE SAY.
