Boons
1. Lambton Worms - 3 casks of miruvor & dorwinion (well and truly gone by now)
2. Ainsels - a picture of Elrond, which he promptly gave to Celebrian. And a bandersnatch cloak which he is uh currently using as a horse blanketHE LOVES HIS HORSE DON'T JUDGE Also technically NOT a boon but the very first ainsel fairy he saved is still following him around. Han named her Sketto.
3. Lawkamercymes -Dread PirateLark Roberts and five men. Of course, being Mags, he sends one to Idril, one to Celegorm, and one to Legolas. Celegorm sent his away, and I don't think Idril used hers, Legolas got his to go hunting for info, and Mags sent his for the same.
Questions & Answers:
(1) the plans of the rulers - what the unseelie queen seeks by making the alliances she does, what the unseelie king does on his throne, what the seelie queen and king are thinking - how desperate are they?
The Unseelie King has been pouring all of his power for years into re-forging a great weapon against the Unseelie: likely one whic might win them the war. The Unseelie queen has been gathering allies on all sides of the Seelie, effectively trapping them, and no doubt means to put them into movement all at once
(2) what separates the courts beyond their final wishes, for it seems to me they are more alike than dissimilar - is there ought between the rulers that is important enough that it drives them apart rather than pulls them together? why do they fight?
???? -- no concrete answer discovered
(3) How much do the monarchs see? Can we shield ourselves from their gaze and reach? Is there a way to communicate beyond the lockets that they cannot see, or a way to escape beyond the range of their power, even here in the lands they claim?
They perceive everything connected to a shard or their own power! But they can be tricked, deceived, and each of your Larks recommends communicating over magical means you have devised or sending proper letters by the Black Horse Courier.
(4) Where are the shards that the rulers take kept and how are they guarded? Are there ways to remove them from the rulers influence?
-- Unseelie: a room with neither doors nor windows
(5) What power do the shards hold and how can one use them?
Immense power; with proper skill in their use, they can command continents, birth worlds. Great shardbearers of the past unlocked the secrets to activate one's shard, granting one *awesome* power both physical and magical.
(6) Is there another way home?
???? -- no concrete answer discovered
4. Feathers - a ring that lets him go anywhere he's been by moonlight and take one other person. Currently he can obviously get in & out of Caer Scima. In Caer Glaem he's got access to Clarisse's room, Celebrian's room, Arwen's room, Sif's room, Vanyel's room and the Gardens./waltzes in and out of enemy territory nbd. The Barrel and the Station, obviously. Legolas' Greenwood camp which is probably far too close to Thranduil's front door for his peace of mind. Everywhere along the Great Elf Road Trip (so... Noa Woods & the lake, Three Sentinels, Aellyn, Encircling Mountains). Hidden Falls. Cothromach. Redgate. And then Samhain happened and the answer to "where he's been" expanded to include "every pub in the Drabwurld"
5. Dogs and bones - an upgrade to his ring to let him take two people.
OTHER PEOPLES BOONS THAT ARE NOW HIS:
1. Celebrian's Cloak of Invisibility that was originally Galadriel's, the six bronze tokens that produce a binding spell of light, and the two daggers that shed light in even the darkest places. (you should all worry about what the invisble elf who can travel everywhere is up to behind your back now)
2. Han Solo's Glitterstim stash - about 36kg worth of one of the most potent hallucinogens (with telepathic boost abilities) in the galaxy
Audiences
(1) First Audience - in which Mags is basically a creeper standing and watching what is going on and judging everyone
(2) Second Audience - in which he sends a note to Solais begging for her to live up to her reputation and release the Silmaril in Clarisse' hand to him or Celegorm, which she ignores, thereby sealing his hatred for her as Enemy Number One
(also related but I don't know if Clarisse mun ever played it out but when he crept into her room to gloat he left her a letter - one that as intended to be delivered to Solais)
(3) Third Audience - in which he sends a note demanding Clarisse's life, and is granted it, along with a lock of Celegorm's hair (which he keeps in a pocket over his heart, next to Will's shard)
He only played creeper in the Fourth Audience, but if mum was there, so was he (how else is she supposed to travel?)
(4) Samhain and Mags speaks to Morla, warning that the commission she gave his mother might well destroy her. He also promises to look into Reynard
(5) Samhain and Mags speaks to the Black Shuck, finishes the Noldolante, and wishes badly to be allowed to follow him into the night.
Quests
1. Waver assigns Arda Taxis to help evacuate the refugees. Maglor does so while singing and clearing the road and telling gloomy storiesbusiness as usual, in other words
Other Miscellany
(1) Maglor's grey stallion he took from the Unseelie stables is called Hiswafan, and he is training him to fight.
(2) Maglor's little anisel is named Sketto and she has a crush on Han Solo
(3) Maglor keeps Will's shard and a lock of Celegorm's hair in a pouch over his heart
(4) Javik gave Maglor a silver-grey varren puppy. He has yet to name it.
(5) People apparently think he needs to eat more? Kelsi gave him tea, Alice gave him tea and cookies, and Ariadne gave him a cookbook
(6) Ariadne also gave him a music box playing Frère Jacques
(7) No really, circumstances allowing he is at the Station EVERY FRIDAY to watch "The Bloody Beautiful" at 4
(8) Maglor kept his star. Like. 99% of the elves XD
(9).... not... technically caused by him by ever since Feanor left every clock tells the time in Quenya and one of the microwaves talks in Feanor's voice and is suspiciously efficient. I mention this mainly because MAGS PLAYS WITH THAT MICROWAVE and keeps a clock he listens to when he misses dad
(10) Celebrian's horse, gold, and boons
(11) The unpowered shards of Maedhros, Celebrian, Elrond, Galadriel, Celebron, Will, Idril and Sif. He's going to try & turn them into palantir (he also has Celebrian, and presumably Galadriel's star)
