Okay so maybe I did accidentally-on-purpose make your mom leave you forever. But underneath all the murder I think I’m still a really nice guy.

Maglor is ancient and has backstory accordingly. I, on the other hand, am very much not! If you reckon I'm messing up, please let me know? Also Maglor may be able to write beautiful poetry at the drop of a hat but I certainly can't so... please ignore my lame attempts

Maglor's from a canon where the world was made of music, and as the canonly second best bard in existence, he can do things as diverse as break a tower, put you to sleep, create magically binding oaths or raise a river. He can also listen to the "song" of the world and speak to things that should technically not speak back like rocks, or water. Tolkien elves are also "sort of" telepathic - Maglor cannot read minds but he can certainly skim strong surface emotions. And finally, Tolkien elves have strong spiritual abilities, so he can sense evil to a certain extent, he can see ghosts, and probably can interact with them a little. So!

(1) If fighting with Maglor, he WILL use Song - please let me know how much you want to play with the concept of him stirring the world to his defence
(2) He doesn't read minds normally, but if it comes up, what might he skim from surface emotions? He will NEVER go deep unless directly asked (it isn't his strength or skill)
(3) Is your character obviously evil or conversely good, or dead or otherwise broadcasting anything on the spiritual level - and if so can he sense it?
(4) IF IT EVER COMES UP - would you like him to use magically compelling Words of Power on your character (he is VERY reluctant to do this, consider his history with Oaths so it his highly unlikely to come up)
