Tis not so much that I do not age, but Elves are bound to Arda, to exist as long as it endures, and so I age, if you will, with the world - tis more a wear on mind than body. E'en if we are slain our fea - you would say, our spirit, our soul - does not leave, but only goes to the Halls of Waiting in the Uttermost West, there to rest and heal and perhaps in time to receive again a body and return to life.
