You say it knows to be careful, but that did not stop it killing again in a great crowd of people, where none were able to prevent it. It may leave the queen in peace, but others around the city are not so fortunate.

I knew it would try again. More careful, clearly, but not enough to stop - not that anyone believed us when we asked permission to kill it at first. Something needs must be done, but my hands are tied. We recieved censure for going after it at all, if I do so again, for one not my own I will bring only trouble.

I see... But don't be discouraged. Perhaps someone else will find another way to achieve justice, even if it will take some time.
